“ First review 2 yrs ago....Went through drive thru, had to pull off to side and wait an additional 10 minutes, went inside only to find about 10 people supposedly working and waited another 5 minutes. No one offered an apology. All we ordered was 2 tacos, a nacho and 2 piece fish. Never visit there again. Second review 3162021 Changed rating from 1 to 5 stars. New staff is very efficient and actually caring about customer service. Food was hot and tasted great. Good Job! ”

“ This is the best fast food restaurant in the shopping center. The people that work there are more FRIENDLY than CARLS JR. This Taco Bell didnt 1. Overcharge me when the price is clearly stated on the menu board. 2. Tell me the Manager wasnt there and refuse to give me the Managers name. 3. Screw up the order. 4. Forget to put the hot sauce or other condiments requested in the bag. 5. Take an excessive amount of time giving me my food when going through the drivethru. There are other reasons that Taco Bell is superior to Carls Jr. This list just scratches the surface. ”

“ Absolute best customer service and food that I have ever gotten at taco bell I placed an order to the app. Didnt get crazy on the order, basically no sour cream or guacamole on anything. Greeted me very politely at the speaker box. Got to the window, had to wait maybe up to a minute, Im assuming its because on got a 5 layer burrito grilled..side not first time trying that and oh man its good. I left the drive thru checked the order and everything was correct. Packed very well. No broken shells or chips, no food on the sides lol. It was delicious too ”
